I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms, though functional with necessary facilities, were a bit smaller than expected for a four-star category. The staff was really friendly and offered a coupon for a future stay in Crete. The location was perfect, not far from the city center yet in a quiet area. The dining experience was superb with delicious options. Overall, a nice hotel with a few minor drawbacks.

The staff are very helpful and friendly, especially when it comes to guidance on getting around town. The location is superb with nice sea views, despite requiring a bus for some destinations. The dining experience is very good with a variety of delicious options, particularly at the rooftop restaurant.
